We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise for return as long as return is initiated within 7 days of receiving product by contacting email@example.com and the item is returned within 7 days thereafter while following the guidelines below. Additionally, you will be provided a Return Authorization number that MUST be included with your returned item along with the original packing sheet and packing bags.
All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items must not smell of smoke, have pet hair, pet odor, body odor or stains. If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn, and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
FINAL SALES include:
- All sales are FINAL on, but not limited to, jewelry, swim, bodysuits, intimates, hair accessories, hats, socks, makeup and beauty supplies. All sales are final on any custom orders, pre-orders, or Style Me orders. These items cannot be returned.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE regardless of whether they are marked as "FINAL SALE". They cannot be returned. No additional coupons may be applied against these items when purchased.
- All orders placed utilizing a coupon/coupon code or other discount other than loyalty rewards are FINAL SALE, regardless of whether they are marked as "FINAL SALE".
- Give Away items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are in the form of store credit only. Store credits do not expire!
If you need to make any changes to your order, immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make modifications. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Orders cannot be cancelled.
Failure to adhere to the policy will result in the item(s) being sent back to you at your expense.
